- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This very competent friend with a MD and JD is a professional in all respects. He has been a state health officer and county health officer in many Maryland and Virginia counties. He has been head of his state medical society and knows public health and health care delivery inside and out..He and his wife Barbara, also a doctor were educated at the best schools including Johns Hopkins. His daughter Torrey is a public health specialist and his son Brad a pediatrician. I have known the family for over forty years.
