- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Eversley is an awesome doctor. This has no bearing on him at all. However, the support staff is atrocious. I called weeks and weeks (3weeks consecutively) and left messages for the billing department. Finally I insisted on speaking with someone before getting off of the phone and the call went through to a lady named Kathy in billing. She was the epitome of inhospitable. No customer service abilities. She cut me off mid-sentence and was very terse with me. She did not offer any help accept to connect me back to the nurses, which is where I should have been sent initially to have my bill explained properly. In the end, I got connected to a lady that hung up on me because I could not hear her and asked her politely if she could speak up. It's a doctors office so I understand the volume issue but I could not hear her. In conclusion, my issue was not solved, I'm just going to pay the bill and find a new place. It's upsetting because I truly LOVED my doctor and this is no reflection on him.March 04, 2017by DeJaree Snipe
